One Community Church of Plano served with Joyful Hearts with Amazing Grace Food Pantry. What a blessing and inspiration this group is and all 779 people served won’t worry about where their next meal will come from.

As AGFP grows to meet the need of our Collin and Rockwall county neighbors, so must our pool of dedicated volunteers. As an all-volunteer food pantry, we depend on individuals and groups to commit to pitching in from time to time. We have some volunteers that come every week, and others less frequently. No matter the commitment, we value everyone’s time and talents… it truly does take a village.

If you, your church or your company would like to get involved, call 972-292-7241 to leave a voicemail with your availability, or visit our Volunteer page.

Amazing Grace Food Pantry is exclusively a volunteer organization, relying upon the talent and generosity of community members to procure, sort and distribute over 60 TONS of food every month to area families. This monumental undertaking is only possible due to the altruism and support received each and every week from people just like you.

  • Do you have some free time on your hands?
  • Do you enjoy helping those in need?
  • Do you want to give back in some way that really changes the quality of life for someone?

We also welcome volunteer groups! If your church, youth or corporate group would like to schedule a day to volunteer as a team building exercise, or to regularly adopt group-size tasks (e.g. yard work, improvements, cleanup, etc.), we’d love to hear from you! Call (972) 292-7241 to leave a voicemail message or use use the contact form on our Volunteer page.

No time to volunteer? That’s okay, too! Visit our Donation page to arrange a monthly donation. No amount is too small!

Rich

Rich is a new family at Amazing Grace Food Pantry since COVID-19 hit. Job loss and no food – panic was starting to settle in until he found us!

Such a blessing that a place can give a family food for a week. I don’t know what would have happened if they weren’t there. We were out of everything when I went and all of a sudden we have food to eat, it was such a relief.
